2. Our Company

  SHANGHAI HUAZHONG CONSULTING SERVICE CO., LTD. (SHCS), jointly invested by KANEBO LTD. JAPAN and SHANGHAI TEXTILE FOERIEGN ECONOMIC-TECHNICAL COOPERATION, is a Sino-Japanese consulting service company mainly engaged in the investment consulting business. SHCS has a history of nearly 13 years since its establishment in April 1994.  

  With trust and support of our clients so far, SHCS has provided various services for more than 730 member enterprises from Japan, Korea, European countries, as well as domestic, Hong Kong and Taiwan etc. Our consulting service includes assistance in market research in China, negotiation and communication with tie-up companies, different formalities for establishment of enterprise, as well as providing consultancy of business management, such as the establishment of company regulation system, accounting system, labor system, law, taxation, IT Information system, certificate obtainment of ISO quality system, acquisition, merge, withdrawal, liquidation and other relative consultancy, etc. We provide the best services not only for companies planning to invest in China, but also for the ones already operating in China.

   SHCS achieved both the license of Shanghai Foreign Deputy Qualification and the First-class Foreign Investigation Qualification issued by the Statistics Bureau of China.
